PE242 SBLEK3023 KUMP A ENGLISH FOR SMALL GROUP COMMUNICATION
This advanced course prepares students to be interactionally competent in personal, public, educational and occupational settings. It provides an overview of interactional features such as turn taking, topic management, non-verbal behaviour and interactive listening. It focuses on verbal and non-verbal behaviour in small groups interactions. Throughout the course the students will develop appropriate language expressions applied in real life when communicating in these domains.

PE242 BPMHK3133 KUMP A MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING FOR TRAINERS
The course is designed to prepare and equip students with the competencies required to become competent and efficient organizational trainers. A professional trainer must be prepared and able to undertake various roles and responsibilities that come with the job. Students will be applying the concepts, functions, processes and strategies related to training, as well as the learning theories, in managing the training process.
PE242 BPMHK3043 KUMP A REMUNERATION AND REWARDS MANAGEMENT
This course is an extension to BSMH1013 Human Resource Management. It discusses the importance of equity and fairness in managing rewards and remuneration (wage/salary, incentives and other benefits). It also examines the factors to be considered in managing rewards and remuneration, and various techniques in job evaluation, market analysis, salary development, types of incentives as well as short and long term benefits.

PE242 BPMHK3093 KUMP A HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
This course will expose the students with the importance and benefits of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in human resource management activities. Matters such as applications, issues and key features of HRIS will also be discussed. Through this course, students will be taught the process of planning and acquiring HRIS starting from identifying and evaluating the HRIS vendors/consultants, systems implementation till to maintenance and system management. Students will also be exposed to numerous of software available in the market as well as HRIS trends and issues in Malaysia.

PE242 BPMNK3143 KUMP A RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
This course aims to provide understanding to students about research as applied in a business context. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required in a basic research process. Students will also be introduced to the core concepts, methods and research issues which lay the foundations for conducting a research. Data analysis, interpretation and presenting analysis output will also be discussed.

PE242 SBLFK3053 KUMP A MANDARIN III
This course will include more advanced features of the language structures. A part from that, more aspect of Mandarin used for business purposes will be part of the main focus of the teaching and learning sessions. Learners will be exposed to more language practices which integrate the four language skills; listening, speaking, reading and writing.
