This course will expose students in generating project ideas, analysing user requirements and planning for principled design of a substantial piece of software, experimental study or theoretical. The key idea of this course is to give students an intellectual challenge in order to learn new project topics without formal class and to further develop their abilities in literature searching, report writing, verbal presentation, project planning and time management. This course includes planning and executing a project which includes system development or any other Computer Science related projects such as designing and establishing network architecture for an organization, development of web-based information system or designing human-centered application/system. Students require to prepare a project proposal and related documentation. At the end of this course students have to deliver an oral presentation on the prototype project.
