This course introduces students to the aspects of legislation pertaining to occupational safety and health. It emphasizes the salient provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 (previously known as the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994) and its associated regulations. This course also introduces students to other laws and regulations under the umbrella of occupational safety and health management.
