The Operations and Technology Management (OTeM) course is a part of science and art of confirming that products and services are created and delivered successfully to satisfy customer needs. It includes the design of products, services, and the processes that create them; the day-to-day management of those processes; and the continual improvement of these products, services, and processes by mean of technologies. Also, it equips students with the essential tools and strategies to use resources efficiently, make desirable trade-offs, and strategically redesign operations. OTeM course provides platform for students with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities together with the ability to provide high-level managerial insights into value-based service and production management.
