This course provides students with analytical and practical skills to plan, develop, manage, and improve the effectiveness of a software or computing-related research through hands-on, project management and development, and research activities. Students will be able to prepare a research proposal, article, and report. At the end of this course students have to deliver an oral presentation on the research. The purpose of the course is to guide students in applying the concepts and techniques of research methodology, project management and development activities, software tools, and techniques in analysing and interpreting data that can greatly enhance their computing skills.
