This course intends to expose students to the historical development of PRS, PRS profile and the role of PRS to produce that could provide an effective service. The intent of this course is to help students understand the concept and method of community services. Basic knowledge of managing programmes is not only given as a theory but also, students are required to apply that as a practice through organizing an effective community services project. Students need to propose their community project through a proposal paper in order to organize the project for the coming semester
