This course aims to expose students to the concepts and theories behind formulation and implementation of public policy. Generally, this course is divided into three main components. First, the concepts and models of decisions-making form political perspective. Second, role of policy-makers, and third, discussion the influence of market and economic rationalisation in the formulation of public policy.
