The aim of this course is to provide a complete understanding of the conceptual framework and the mechanism of Islamic financial contracts. It is also to cover Islamic legal maxims as tools to tie various contracts. It covers the modus operandi of Islamic financial contracts. At the end of the course, students are expected to gain thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of Islamic financial contracts and its maxims. Students are also expected to be familiar with the various Islamic financial contract instruments and be able to apply them in real business transactions.
