Communication skills among organizational managers are key requirements to achieve organizational goals. In the management of an organization, whether public organizations, private, or non-profit organizations (NGOs), managers should communicate with the internal and external public. Managerial skills at individual, small group, and at organizational levels as a catalyst for nurturing world-class organizational excellence. So, this course will expose students to leadership communication skills, information, and processes for decision making, negotiation skills, utilizing communication technology, audience analysis, and strategies for effectiveness and efficiency of communication assessment.
