This course is a compulsory component of the MBM program. In this course, students are required to undertake a consultancy assignment in firm where they are doing their internship as a case study project. The students are responsible to negotiate the details of the case study with the firms, resources and schedule any meetings. This case study project is an ideal opportunity and vehicle for integrating what the students have learned during the MBM program. The students should know how to apply these concepts and skills to a real problem solution. The students will also gain hand-on experience of undertaking consulting in an organization and this will enhance their academic understanding and practical skills of the consultancy process.
