DC241 SSYA1013 KUMP GW INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY

This course introduces students from diverse academic backgrounds to the field of psychology. This course is introductory in nature and exposes students to basic psychological concepts such as mental and biological processes of behaviour, psychological research, sensation and perception, learning and motivation, intelligence, language, health, stress, psychological disorders, psychotherapies and topics in social psychology. It also provides students with exposure to the basic theories in psychology.
