Synopsis: Courses at this level is to introduce students to the basic military training where an Airforce Officer Cadet PALAPES will be formed from a civilian to a trained volunteer soldier in terms of Marching, Military History, Physical Training, Weapons, Tactics, Ethics of Military and Communications in military.

This courses introduce and expose students to respect the martial arts in theory and also practical. The students will learn the background and the regulations in art Silat Olahraga and emphasized the aspect of self-discipline. In addition, students will learn the basics of martial arts moves, combinations of basic movements and techniques in the match.

This course is the continuation of Silat Olahraga II. It emphasises the variety of self-defence methods in martial art as well as the procedure to participate and manage the competition or martial arts performance. Disciplinary aspects, mental and physical defence with the application of moral value will be implemented in establishing an outstanding athlete in martial arts.

In this course students will learn the static movement training in a V shape, learn techniques of Basic Parry (uke) in the different truss (dachi), kick technique (static) and kick combinations. In addition, combinations of punches technique, technique Kumite movement (pairing movement), movement and attack combinations and parry training Nihon 1 to 6 will be taught in this course. At the end of this stage, the students will follow Elevation Assessment Test Grade 8 kyu belt (level yellow to orange).

This course is to expose students to the excellent art, concept and techniques that integrate natural human movements, praying-movements in solat and logical thinking to produce a simple, fast, effective and injury-free art of self-defence. Students will master this art of self-defense for the first five (5) techniques from Buah Asas 1 to Buah Asas 5 based on the distinctive concepts of "makan segerak". Upon completing the course, students will acquire Sijil Ko-K Seni Silat Cekak Malaysia 1, which will qualify them for the post of Teaching Assistant for Seni Silat Cekak Modul 1 at classes of Seni Silat Cekak Malaysia all over Malaysia. Students are also eligible, at their own options, to participate in activities organised by Persatuan Seni Silat Cekak Malaysia UUM. These include the weekly Tahlil, Bacaan Yasin, Kelas Berzanji, Marhaban, Qasidah Burdah, Asas Taranum, Kelas Fardu Ain and Ilmu Tajwid. Others include social, educational, sport and recreational activities. Students are also eligible, at their own options, to participate in activities organized by Persatuan Seni Silat Cekak Malaysia UUM. These include the weekly Tahlil, Bacaan Yasin, Kelas Berzanji, Marhaban, Qasidah Burdah, Asas Taranum, Kelas Fardu Ain and Ilmu Tajwid. Others include social, educational, sport and recreational activities.

This course will expose students to the planning before hosting the event, as well as the method of forming a committee of competition in the tournament scoring system. Students will be exposed to practical training Poomse belt holder or pattern for Grades 3 and kick technique using flexible instruments such assistance kicking, arm pads target and power. At the end of the course, Elevation Assessment Test Belt Grade 4 will be held.

In this final level course, student will be introduced to Seni Serangan Maut (combat) level 8 to 21, an extension from previous training. Student as well will be introduced to Malay Weaponry Art, which is keris art level 1 to 7, stabbing and avoidance. At the end of this level, a Silat Gayong tournament will be organised involving all student and will go through grading test for credential by Pertubuhan Seni Silat Gayong Malaysia.

The students in the last semester of the course will continue the angklong Arumba playing by addition of more collections of songs and also make arevision of music theory. At the end of semester , the students are encouraged to perform at the university and out side the university and willing to introduce the angklong to the public. The intent of this course is to help students understand the concept and method of community services. Basic knowledge on managing programme is not only given as a theory but also, students are required to apply that as a practice through organizing an effective community services project. Students need to propose their community project through proposal paper in order to organize the project for coming semester

This course is an advanced course in three series in which the course is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the golf games. It extends the understanding, technical skills and practical aspects of theory, practical and drills are needed in shaping a player's swing. Swing technique and the game continued and diversity also applied. Aspects of the rules in the game of golf and game management briefed.
