A231 BPMN3103 KUMP C SEMINAR IN MANAGEMENT THINKING
This course aims to provide students with broad comprehension on the scope of management evolution. It comprises the topics that related to theories development and the management concepts from the perspectives of classical management, human behavior management, quantitative management and the contemporary management. The four management functions (i.e. planning, organizing, leading and controlling) are made as bases for the discussions throughout the course. The current management issues will be discussed based on the selected articles from the academic journals.
