This course is aimed at enabling students to discuss issues and latest development in the field of entrepreneurship from the concept, techniques and practices. All these can be seen from the context of the effort shown by the business organization to achieve their strategic goals. Students are expected to assume the perspective of an entrepreneur ready to solve any business problems professionally and effectively. Students are expected to apply the entrepreneurial knowledge acquired from other entrepreneurship courses in this course.

The course is structured on the basis that the business generated by the ability of entrepreneurs to create good relations with certain parties. The basic concepts of the theory in social networks related to entrepreneurial activities will be exposed to the students. This course also involves discussion about theoretical content and the process of building and maintaining relations with the entrepreneurs of the internal organization and external organization. Students will be exposed to wisely, beneficial and ethically networking management.

This course emphasize on the assimilating aspect of the entrepreneurial culture among students in the hope that they will translate the entrepreneurial values in their daily lives. The students will be more exposed on entrepreneurship as for its history, evolving concepts and theories. This course will expose them towards developing the appropriate skills and behavior to become successful entrepreneurs. Emphasis will be given on the aspect of creativity and innovation to enable them to recognize the business opportunities, how to develop the business and to solicit the resources to develop their business. They will also be exposed to the various relevant current issues in entrepreneurship development in Malaysia and the global context.

This course will expose students to a basic of policy and planning in transportation. They will learn the concepts, history, theory and practical of planning policy as required for future development in transport organization. Upon completion of this course, students would be able to understand in preparing a proper policy, planning for public and organization related to the transport services, infrastructure and operations.

This course is designed to emphasize the use of information system in enhancing Transportation Management activities. The evolving dynamics of Information Technology (IT) and Information System (IS) requires management to be competitive especially involving speed and JIT. Using effective and efficient ways depended in highly coordinate IS.

This course provides an overview of basic elements, roles and terminology of rail transportation, including history, organizations and economics, infrastructure, the train safety, operation and management of intermodal freight and rail passenger/transit transportation systems. Student as well will involve in discussion about current rail transport management and operations issues.

The course aims to foster an in- depth understanding of the holistic nature of air transport management, together with a comprehensive knowledge of the functional nature of the business of air transport, including the objectives, physical and human requirements needed to facilitate high quality and air transportation of people, products and services throughout the world. Referring to current developments in international and national aviation businesses, the course focuses on systematically and creatively evaluate all aspects of air transport management to improve business and management practice. Critical discussions will also involve concepts, theory and philosophical aspects of air transport management. Contemporary issues regarding the theory and practice of air transportation management will also be concerned to increase knowledge of students.

This course aims to expose students to overall scope and development of logistics and transportation management. To achieve this, discussions will touch on the evolution of land, air and water transport and its implications to current and future management. It also will discuss concepts, theories and philosophies of logistics management. Contemporary issues related to theory and logistics management practice will also be highlighted.
