The purpose of the course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of leadership in organizations. The course focuses on managerial leadership in which several aspects of leadership styles, strategies and issues will be discussed appropriately. Theories and research findings on contemporary leadership landscape will be selected and made as bases for discussions throughout the course.
