A233 SGDY5063 KUMP A EDUCATIONAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT & EVALUATION

The course aims to provide students with sufficient theoretical background and prepare them to apply the principles of measurement and evaluation in both education and psychology fields. It will equip the students with the knowledge and skills that are necessary for the development of valid evaluation measures and competencies that are required for a proper interpretation of teacher-made and standardized tests. The course will cover topics such as test construction; elementary statistical concepts; reliability and validity; assessment of educational and psychological constructs; and interpretation and reporting of test results.
