In organizational context, self-confidence, trust, conflict and relationship management are important elements in ensuring the success of cooperation and coordination among organizational members in achieving the planned mission and vision. Thus, this course is designed to look further into the human interaction in the organization. It puts together the theory and communication model in the real context by focusing on the case study. The course is divided into three main sectionsintrapersonal, interpersonal and small group communication. It is hoped that by the end of the course, the students will be able to understand the importance of human communication in building the personal and organizational relationships. In practice, students will be able to adapt the human strategy in organizational management.
