This course introduces portfolio management from both theoretical aspects and practical applications. Discussions include the understanding of portfolio theory, efficient market, asset allocation, portfolio management of equities, debt and derivatives, and performance measurement. Managing a portfolio of international and non-traditional assets is covered. Current issues and development related to the fund management industry are incorporated accordingly.
