A232 BEEP3013 KUMP B PUBLIC FINANCE

This course introduces concepts, theories and practices of public finance to the students. The focus is on the theoretical framework which explaining how the economics resources are allocated in economics sector emphasizing the role of government in an economy. Topics are: basic economics analysis tools, market failure and public goods; externalities, public choice, cost-benefit analysis, taxation, deficit finance and examine how public policy affects the behaviour of economic agents.
