Operations and Technology Management is a course of science and art that verifying the products and services which created and delivered to satisfy customer needs. It includes the design of products, services, and the processes that create them; the day-to-day management of those processes; and the continual improvement of these products, services, and processes by mean of technologies. Also, it equips students with the essential tools and strategies to use resources efficiently, make desirable trade-offs, and strategically redesign operations. This course provides platform for students with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities together with the ability to provide high-level managerial insights into value-based service and production management.
