This course covers matters relating to fiqh or Islamic jurisprudence relating to muamalat affairs. Generally, this course emphasizes matters relating to the introduction of fiqh and the Islamic Shari'ah, two theoretical aspects in fiqh muamalat namely the theory of al-Mal (wealth) and theory of contract, concepts in fiqh muamalat which can be linked to the reasons of ownership in Islamic Shari'ah
