This course aims to expose students to the real working environment, and to enhance students' thinking process in organizing issues and problems from real working environment. The structure of this course consists of two components. First, student will be attached at an organization under the supervision of a chief executive (organization's supervisor), where student will be exposed to the philosophical aspect of the organization, its business operation and/or the organization's legal trait. Students will be placed at the selected organization for four (4) months under the close supervision of the organization's supervisor. Second, students are required to produce a project report at the end of the practicum period. The topic chosen for the project report must relate to the organization where the student is attached with during the practicum period. The project report will be supervised by an academic's supervisor from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
