This course introduces to the students about the concept of management based on primary sources of Quran, Hadis and contemporary management practice. This course involved discussions about conventional and Islam perspectives on functions of management which include planning, organizing, leadership, controlling and organizational design and development. Some of the topics will also cover how to manage activities using the management concepts and organizational design and development process from through Islam approaches. This course will explain the use of organizational design and development and management towards the betterment of the society in line with Islamic teachings.
