This course is to expose and to provide students with knowledge of the different aspects of planning and operating a hospitality business project. Class discussions are focusing on initiating a project, gathering and assessing ideas on the respective potential hospitality project like opening up a restaurant, a travel agency or a hotel. Students are going to be presented with various alternatives on how to start a project, preparing a business proposal and also useful management tips. This course is specifically designed to guide those who are interested and keen to open their own hospitality business.
