The aim of this course is to provide a complete understanding of human resource management in Islam. It will discuss the values and principles of Islam in managing human resources. This course provides an added value to the current managers to the better prepared in dealing with contemporary issues related to human resource management. This course will enable students to understand the basic principles of Islam and human resource management functions such as recruitment, selection, training, career planning, performance, performance appraisal, reward management, occupational health and safety, and industrial relations should be seen from an Islamic perspective.
