This course covers property management in Islam which involves the question of inheritance (faraid), wills (wasiat) and grants (hibah) which focus on management aspects as well as aspects of Syariah legislation simultaneously. There is three main focus involved in this special issue of the inheritance involving faraid, followed by the second part of which focused on aspects of wills (wasiat) and last section will discuss also grants (hibah). Aspects of the estate and inheritance is covering most of the entire course. It discusses matters relating to the question of fiqh al-mawarith as matters of inheritance law in Syariah legislation during on the contemporary era and the problem solving of some cases in the form of calculation. In addition, it also talked about the management procedures and legislation currently in Malaysia. On top of that, its discussed the current issues involving the inheritance property which is related to the question of development and property management issues. The second aspect relates to the will. In this case, it will discuss the fractions in the will which include al-wasiyyah, al-wisoyah and al-wasiyyah al-wajibah. Furthermore, a third aspect is the discussion of grants (al-hibah). It also involves the question of legislation on the management of grants (al-hibah) and procedures in terms of its management. Finally, computerized management of Islamic inheritance were also discussed in the last chapter.
