This course is introduced to expose property management in Islam towards the field of Baitulmal, Waqf, and Zakat. Generally, this course is divided into three main parts which the first part is focussing on Zakat and the second part is concentrating on Waqf, and the last part is about Baitulmal. The topic of zakat covers the concepts of zakat as one of the pillars of Islam. In general, this course emphasizes on the administration of Baitulmal, waqf and zakat. In addition, emphasis is also given to the issues regarding Baitulmal, Waqf and zakat. Aspects of Waqf involve three main issues which are fiqh Waqf, Waqf Management, and Waqf development. Besides, contemporary issues on corporate Waqf, cash Waqf and implementation of share Waqf, contribution land of Waqf towards the socio-economic development. Thus, the last aspect is discussing about Baitulmal and focusing on Baitulmal history in the early Islamic era and the practice nowadays, re-updating Baitulmal management, the role of Baitulmal in order to generate and raise the economy of Muslim community in Malaysia, conflicts in coordinating Baitulmal institution in Malaysia as well as aspects of operation management towards some of the Baitulmal institutions in Malaysia now.
