The focus of discussion in this course will be an understanding of the Islamic Legal Maxim i.e. al Qawaid al Fiqhiyyah, to enable students to appreciate the theories and practices of business from Islamic points of view. This course will also enumerate some topics of discussion among Islamic scholars in using the science of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah upon which rules pertaining to business issues are established.
