The course provides a thorough understanding of the roots of Islamic jurisprudence i.e. Usul al-Fiqh, to enable students to appreciate the theories and practices of Islamic business, Islamic banking finance, and muamalat from Islamic points of view. This course will also enumerate some topics on how Islamic Scholars deduce new rules that are related to Islamic Business.
