The course is an interdisciplinary course emphasizing the relationship among law, ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). It will examine the moral and ethical philosophy as applicable to business. The course further discusses the rationale that business has responsibilities toward society despite of only making profit. Thus, the discussion covers the proposition of corporate social responsibility. The exploration of the study on ethics and corporate social responsibility continues in few selected areas of law.
