This course will provide exposure to the students about the basic concepts, and strategies of marketing that can be applied in e-commerce, as well as on the changing marketing landscape toward customer engagement marketing. Discussion also covers the role of the market oriented strategic planning management strategy in improving efficiency and commercial competitiveness. Exposure on the use of information technology in the management of business, as well as models, that are used by world-class business organisations will also be discussed.
