The aim of this course is to expose students to different models of operation strategy in relation to corporate strategy and the importance of operations strategy in the face of global competitions. Among the main topics include concept and design of operational strategy, the relationship between operations strategy and corporate strategy, and strategic decisions in operations management. This course focuses on the implemented impact of operation strategies on the performance of a company and strategic decision making is done to achieve optimal business performance.
