This course requires students to demonstrate their ability to apply what they have learned to analyse current labour issues. A substantial portion of the course consists of discussion. Students will be asked to discuss certain concepts and/or present readings in class. It is imperative that students read the suggested readings on a given topic before a lecture is delivered, and actively participate in class.
